Abortion

Selecting gender is absurd.

So what you got a girl/boy get over it.

Unless you have a genuine reason [e.g. being raped, risk of dying..] I am against it.

In the comfort of pontificating here at my computer, I would say that I do not agree with abortion on an individual level, but I honestly see no reason why my personal morals need be inflicted on others. Afterall, I am pretty sure that most abortion cases aren't simply casual acts, indeed I would think one must be somewhat malignant to be put under the circumstances of terminating a pregnancy and not feel horrible about it.

Personally my feed on this is that abortion is only okay in cases of rape, when mother's life is in danger because that's just wrong, and the mother may not of been able to prevent that. Also, if the child's going to die anyway or will have a SEVERE disability, I think it'd be okay simply because it would put the child out of his/her misery before the challenge of life, and if the child's gonna die anyway it's useless keeping him/her. Other than that I think parents should grow up and just put the kid up for adoption.
