and it is always access to guns, you still have people stabbing each other in mexico and some of the more crime ridden parts of texas and california because they have no way to access guns if american blacks didn't have guns they would be using knives and mauls to murder each other and the police

Poverty and craziness. It's always usually a poor hobo mugging someone or a psychotic man shooting up a mall.
